Vendemos pases de acceso digital de duración limitada. Como el acceso comienza de inmediato tras el pago, al comprar solicitas la prestación inmediata del servicio digital.
Dispones de 14 días de desistimiento. No obstante, al tratarse de contenido/servicio digital que comienza de inmediato con tu consentimiento expreso, reconoces que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento una vez iniciado el servicio, salvo lo indicado abajo.
Reembolsamos íntegramente si: el servicio no funcionó por un fallo atribuible a nosotros y no pudimos resolverlo; o compraste por error y aún no has usado el acceso. Para solicitarlo, escribe a info@porfinpiso.es indicando tu recibo de Paddle.
Los reembolsos se gestionan a través de Paddle.com y se devuelven al método de pago original. Suelen tardar entre 5 y 10 días hábiles.

We sell time-limited digital access passes. Because access begins immediately after payment, by purchasing you request immediate performance of the digital service.
You have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, as this is digital content/service that begins immediately with your express consent, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started, except as below.
We refund in full if: the service did not work due to a fault on our side that we could not resolve; or you purchased by mistake and have not used the access. To request one, email info@porfinpiso.es with your Paddle receipt.
Refunds are handled through Paddle.com and returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
